* We are pleased to accept all patients who are in network and hold a healthcare insurance plan with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Security Health Plan (SHP) for EMG nerve testing. Please note that, for taking on new patients with these insurance plans, our financial means to do so is severely limited due to reimbursement that is less than the overhead costs of running a small clinic. This continues despite maximum efforts at contract restructuring with both BCBS and SHP. 

Government Sponsored Plans

We are pleased to inform you that we accept Medicare Part A and B, as well as Medicare and Medicaid inurances contracted with the specified payers. However, please note that we can only accommodate a limited number of these patients to ensure our financial stability. We currently are not able to accept non contracted Medicaid insurance plans (Forward Health / Badger Care) due severe underpayments and delayed payments. Thank you for your understanding.

Cash Pay

We do offer cash pay options. If you have an insurance plan, this may conflict with our contract with your insurance plan. For price estimates, call our main phone number at 715-900-2990 and we will be happy to assist you.
