Our Mission
To deliver action-oriented, objective neuromuscular consultations and electrodiagnostic testing that serve as the definitive bridge between patient suffering and precise medical or surgical resolution. By focusing our interventional mastery strictly on the peripheral nerve pathways outside the spinal roots and proximal to the elbows and knees, we fill that gap in locations between the the locations that surgeons consider high risk, but we find high clinical success with ultrasound-guided interventions to empower specialists, advocate for patients, and fuel joy-centered recovery.
Our Vision
To be the national gold standard center of excellence for maximizing the clinical utility of electrodiagnostics, transforming the standard of care so that every consultation and diagnostic test leads directly to a meaningful clinical action.
Core Values
Action-Oriented Diagnostics & Interventions:
We test and consult to find solutions, not just labels. We prioritize actionable outcomes—whether mapping precise targets for a surgeon to cut, performing ultrasound guided joint and musculoskeletal injections, providing peripheral hydrodissections, and medical management to optimize both disease management and symptom management based on the precise pathology.
Uncompromising Patient Advocacy:
We stand firmly in the patient’s corner. We translate complex neuromuscular data into clear, accessible education, ensuring patients are active, informed participants who understand exactly what is happening in their bodies.
Clinical Integrity & Symmetry:
We root our findings strictly in the patient's actual symptoms and physical exams. We reject incidental, irrelevant findings to ensure every diagnosis and treatment plan accurately reflects why the patient sought medical care.
Joy Centered Recovery:
True healing requires a lightness of spirit. We foster an environment where laughter is welcome, making a highly technical clinical experience feel deeply human, comforting, and encouraging.
