Overview
A Neuromuscular PM&R consult brings together neurology and musculoskeletal expertise in one visit. Dr. Spears evaluates conditions that affect how you move and function, including nerve and muscle disorders, orthopedic injuries, joint pain, and conditions affecting blood pressure regulation with position changes. The visit combines a detailed history, focused exam, and, when needed, same-day testing to identify the cause of your symptoms and outline a treatment plan.

What to Expect
This consult is well suited to working adults managing a new or ongoing issue such as a mild myopathy, painful arthritis, nerve irritation, or an orthopedic injury that is affecting daily activities or work. Any condition that affects function is a reasonable reason for referral.
